Three Projects by GOOD PLACE Win '5 Star' Top Honor in Three Categories at International Property Awards

GOOD PLACE Co., Ltd. (formerly Cosmos More Co., Ltd.), an architecture firm based in Shibuya, Tokyo, that creates better spaces through building renovation, office construction, and back-office outsourcing, has won the prestigious International Property Awards—based in the UK—for three of its projects: 'KOEI Building Renovation,' 'THE GOAT AWAJI,' and 'Phoenix Kanri Headquarters Office.'

The three awarded projects span different fields: commercial renovation, hotel architecture, and office interiors. Each has received a '5 Star' rating—the highest national evaluation in Japan—within its respective category across the three sectors: Development, Architecture, and Interior Design.

Notably, 'KOEI Building Renovation' not only earned the '5 Star' designation but has also been selected as a Regional Nominee for the Asia Pacific region. It will undergo further review to determine eligibility for advancement to the global finals.
