Pharmacist Warrior Hanamaruman is a new hero born in 2026, initiated by Tomohiro Kezuka, Representative Director of "Fiocco Co., Ltd." in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Hanamaru Pharmacy was founded in 2021 and operates two stores in Numazu City. Kezuka, the company's president, encountered a book titled "Hero Marketing," which led to Hanamaruman's birth.

Transforming local love into power, he aims to build the Suruga Empire by conveying the charm of Numazu and Shizuoka to various places, further developing the culture of this city, and apparently planning to turn it into the Suruga Empire. Despite his cute appearance, he is a reliable monster with a strong core.

Numazu has, until now, widely utilized IP (intellectual property) more than other regions, primarily through "Love Live! Sunshine!!"
