Towards the Social Implementation of Our Vision

Currently, the enormous burden of "mass production and mass disposal" faced by the fashion industry is a structural problem that can no longer be solved by the efforts of a single company. Faced with the reality of 92 million tons of clothing waste annually, with approximately 85% of it being discarded without ever being worn, we are offering not just words, but "effective solutions."
The "Zero Waste Fashion with ONE BRAND ONE MODEL" project, which we are announcing today, is a crucial step towards moving this vision into a full-scale execution phase. We have implemented AI technology not merely as a tool for efficiency, but as a "creative solution" that fundamentally eliminates "waste" while expanding the possibilities of creativity. We aim to lead the apparel industry towards a new standard of "show before you make," driving a paradigm shift that balances a sustainable future with corporate profit growth.
Project Overview and Strategic Significance
This project is based on the "ONE BRAND ONE MODEL (OBOM)" service, which allows each brand to own a "brand-exclusive AI model" that reflects its unique identity.
① Liberation from physical constraints (Minimizing samples): AI generates infinite variations from a single master sample. This breaks the traditional cycle of "make and discard" sample production.
② Data-driven demand creation (Minimizing inventory risk): By directly confirming market reactions with AI looks before physical production and conducting pre-orders, we eliminate the business risk of excess inventory.
③ Reduced returns through deeper customer experience (Challenging zero returns): We provide highly accurate virtual try-ons tailored to body types and usage scenarios, preventing "image differences," which is the biggest challenge in e-commerce.
Future Roadmap: Accelerating Transformation with VITONICA
FIEIDIAS plans to release a prototype of "VITONICA," a next-generation EC platform built on its proprietary LLM foundation, in June 2026 (scheduled). By providing creative experiences optimized for individual users, we will accelerate our efforts towards the industry's goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 2030 and achieving "zero waste."
