### Overview

FAMZ Group (Funairi-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City; Representative: Junya Okazaki) announced today that it has integrated its business with Yumemirai Co., Ltd. (Teppo-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City; Representative Director: Kenichi Kubo), which also operates the Tetsuji Ikufuji Tax Accountant Office, effective May 1, 2026.

Consequently, FAMZ Mirai Kaikei Co., Ltd., which has been responsible for accounting operations such as bookkeeping and business plan formulation within the group, has inherited not only the philosophy but also the company name, becoming "FAMZ Yumemirai Kaikei Co., Ltd." Furthermore, Kenichi Kubo has newly assumed the role of co-representative, transitioning to a co-representative system with Taro Kuno.

Yumemirai Co., Ltd. possesses strengths in financial consulting, including cash flow improvement, fundraising support, and management improvement, primarily for medical corporations. Through this integration, the group aims to further enhance its expertise in the accounting and finance domains, and strengthen its comprehensive management support system, including inheritance, business succession, successor training, and M&A support.

All 8 employees of Yumemirai will continue their employment, bringing the total group workforce to approximately 40 people. Going forward, the group will also focus on expanding its service offerings in the Fukuyama area as one of its key development regions.
