CBC's "Hanasaka Times" Evolves in its 19th Year! Saturday Mornings Get Even Hotter with the Addition of New Regulars, Batteries!

This spring, "Hanasaka Times," which has brightened Saturday mornings in the Tokai region, enters its 19th year. While maintaining the familiar atmosphere that has been loved for so many years, the show is blowing in a fresh new breeze.

In a surprise move, the rapidly rising comedy duo "Batteries," who were ranked No. 1 in the "First Half of 2025 Breakout Comedian Ranking," have been confirmed as new regulars! Expectations are inevitably high for this exquisite combination of Jike, who hails from Tsu City in Mie Prefecture, and Ace, who delivers unpredictable, natural comedy. They are sure to create a new rhythm for the program through their physically demanding live reports and hilarious conversations with people they meet on their travels.

Additionally, third-year announcer Ayaka Nakamura is joining the cast! She will liven up the program with her unique, natural character, utilizing her diverse talents in areas like figure skating and golf!

Led by main MCs Takahiro Azuma and Tomochika, "Hanasaka Times" has built a solid reputation for introducing outing information and gourmet food in the Tokai area from a unique perspective. Now, the show is powering up under the theme of "Deeper and More Energetic!"
