Japan's Largest Bollywood Dance School "BOLLYQUE" Opens First Permanent Studio in Jinbocho

BOLLYQUE (Operated by: BOLLYQUE Inc., Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Chiharu Sakamoto) will open its first permanent studio, "STUDIO BOLLYQUE Jinbocho," in Jinbocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo on August 30, 2026.

BOLLYQUE, which started in 2020, has provided many people with opportunities to experience Bollywood dance and Indian culture as Japan's largest Bollywood dance school. The newly opening STUDIO BOLLYQUE Jinbocho aims to transmit the charm of Bollywood dance and Indian culture, and to provide a more fulfilling BOLLYQUE experience as a community hub where people connect.

Since various dance styles such as folk dance and semi-classical are incorporated according to the film's setting and story, BOLLYQUE offers programs that allow you to experience not only the dance but also the diverse Indian culture behind it.

Bollywood Dance Fitness (Garam Beats / Masala Beats)

A dance fitness class for beginners that involves fun physical activity to Indian film music. Recommended for improving fitness and refreshing yourself.

Bollywood Dance Class (Performance Class)

A class where you learn choreography to Bollywood film songs with the aim of performing on stage. You can enjoy various styles such as folk dance, semi-classical, and fusion.

Opening Event to be Held on August 30, 2026 (Sun)

To commemorate the opening of STUDIO BOLLYQUE Jinbocho, we will hold an opening event.

On the day, all visitors will be welcomed with "Masala Chai," an Indian tea. We will also offer various programs to enjoy Indian culture, including a "Mehendi Cookie Art" experience where you decorate cookies with icing inspired by Mehendi (henna art), a Bhangra dance session to the live performance of the Indian drum "Dhol," an Indian-style opening prayer ceremony "Puja" to wish for the studio's prosperity, and performances by BOLLYQUE members.
