12th Annual Art Fair 'UNKNOWN ASIA 2026' Announced | Artist Applications Now Open

The UNKNOWN ASIA Executive Committee will host 'Kiyo Bank presents UNKNOWN ASIA 2026' at Umeda South Hall from December 4 (Fri) to 6 (Sun), 2026. As the fair enters its 12th year, applications for exhibiting artists opened on May 29, 2026. UNKNOWN ASIA is an art fair that brings together artists from Japan and abroad, primarily in the Kansai region. Since its inception in 2015, over 1,700 groups of artists have participated, showcasing diverse expressions including illustration, design, photography, and contemporary art. A key feature of the fair is the natural interaction between artists and visitors. The event attracts a diverse audience, including gallery owners, corporate representatives, and collectors, serving as a hub for new projects and professional networking. The committee provides support for first-time exhibitors to ensure a comfortable environment. The event schedule includes a preview on December 4 and public viewing on December 5-6.
