Lemon Cake

A refreshing lemon cake with a bright acidity and gentle sweetness, ideal for the summer season.

The cake base is generously infused with homemade lemon confiture and lemon peel.

Baked to a light, fluffy texture to fully express the rich aroma and flavor of lemon.

Coated with white chocolate enhanced with lemon flavor, creating a harmonious blend with the cake’s smooth sweetness and refreshing tartness.

Fruit Jelly

A two-layer fruit jelly with vibrant fruit jelly on top and a creamy cheese jelly below, offering a visually cool and refreshing treat. The natural sweetness and acidity of the fruit are balanced with the mild richness of cream cheese, resulting in a light yet satisfying flavor.

Available in two flavors: 'Berry & Berry Cheese' and 'Lemon & Cheese'.
