Hanaken Co., Ltd. will open a new brand, "Tokyo Chuka Soba Specialty Store Shinbashi Kusayan Ramen," on the first floor of the New Shinbashi Building in Shinbashi, Tokyo, on July 18, 2026.
Our company operates under the philosophy of "Energizing the world with ramen," and we have been delivering energy to people through ramen. With this new brand, we will offer a ramen experience that satisfies the mind and body, rooted in Shinbashi, the town of salarymen.
We want to energize the people working in Shinbashi.
What people working in Shinbashi need is not just flashy appearances.
A bowl that can be eaten quickly between business meetings.
A restorative bowl with salty soup after finishing negotiations or presentations.
One more bowl after a drinking party.
Through the satisfaction of salty and delicious soup, tender char siu, and freshly boiled chuka soba, we will fill your stomach and brain, delivering the vitality to push forward a little more.
Our Recommended Dish: Negi Char Siu Chuka Soba
Our signature menu item is the "Negi Char Siu Chuka Soba."
This is our proud dish, featuring a basic chuka soba with a generous amount of salty soup and chewy noodles, topped with freshly sliced, flaky char siu and white leeks seasoned with our special sauce.
One sip of the soup, and the distinct saltiness seeps into your body. As you slurp the slippery noodles, the spiciness and aroma of the white leeks, along with their crisp texture, are added, making you want to drink more soup.
Enjoy the abundant char siu heartily with the noodles. As you eat, the fat from the char siu will melt into the soup, adding the sweetness and richness of pork to the saltiness.
Before you know it, you'll be sipping the soup again, a dish you'll want to eat again and again.
Opening on the first floor of the New Shinbashi Building, a place where people come and go day and night.
The New Shinbashi Building, our chosen location, is situated in front of Shinbashi Station and has always watched over the meals, shopping, and after-work hours of the people working in Shinbashi. While retaining its Showa-era charm, it continues to be a place where many people pass through.
The store name "Shinbashi Kusayan Ramen" embodies our desire to be a beloved store in this location, without pretense or formality.
Menu details and opening commemoration plans will be announced sequentially.
