[Monakaya] Results of Tokyo's 'Support Project for Operators Toward Self-Reliance' to be Presented at the 25th Japan Self-Reliance Care and Power Rehab Conference

Monakaya Inc. (Headquarters: Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto; Representative Director: Takashi Yuki) announced that it will present the findings of its participation in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's 'FY2025 Support Project for Operators Toward Self-Reliance' at the '25th Japan Self-Reliance Care and Power Rehab Conference,' held on May 30 (Sat) and 31 (Sun), 2026.

The conference, chaired by Associate Professor Megumi Kodaira of the International University of Health and Welfare Graduate School—who is responsible for the project's academic cooperation—will be held under the theme, 'Self-Reliance Care and Power Rehab: New Possibilities Opened by DX.' At the symposium, Mr. Takaya Saito of Nihon Keiei Co., Ltd.—with whom Monakaya is jointly building the 'Tokyo Care Model' package—and Izumi Tsunomori, Customer Success Manager at Monakaya, will report on new developments in self-reliance care brought about by data utilization and time studies.

In November 2025, Monakaya joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's 'Support Project for Operators Toward Self-Reliance'—represented by Nihon Keiei—as a data analysis partner. The company has been responsible for analyzing and evaluating results using tools such as '(Provisional) Mieruto for Self-Reliance,' an integration and visualization tool for scattered nursing care data, and the time study app 'Hakaru.' Through this conference presentation, Monakaya aims to share the proven results of the 'Tokyo Care Model'—a fusion of academic perspectives (International University of Health and Welfare Graduate School), operational/educational support (Nihon Keiei), and digital technology (Monakaya)—to take a step toward spreading sustainable systems that simultaneously improve productivity in nursing fields facing severe labor shortages and enhance the QOL of care recipients.
