Cocofun Fujisawa SST Obtains DBJ Green Building Certification (Healthcare Version) as First Project

Gakken Cocofun Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa, Tokyo / President and COO: Takeshi Mori), a group company of Gakken Holdings Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa, Tokyo / President and CEO: Hiroaki Miyahara / hereinafter referred to as 'the Company'), which operates the serviced housing for the elderly 'Cocofun Fujisawa SST', has been certified as a building with extremely excellent 'environmental and social considerations' under the DBJ Green Building Certification (Healthcare Version). The certification was awarded on December 17, 2025, as a landmark first project. Following this, a certificate awarding ceremony was held on March 11, 2026.

The DBJ Green Building Certification (hereinafter referred to as 'GB Certification') is a system for evaluating real estate ('Green Building') that incorporates environmental and social considerations.
