Featuring approximately 15 ice cream brands and 7 confectionery brands!

This popular event, first held in November 2017, marks its 13th iteration this year. This time, the event, previously held in June, will take place in July, marking the true start of summer. The venue will showcase a wide variety of flavors, from classic soft-serve to unique options, including brands making their Hokkaido debut. According to the Family Income and Expenditure Survey by the Statistics Bureau of Japan, the average household expenditure on ice cream in 2025 is projected to be 13,044 yen, exceeding 10,000 yen for six consecutive years. In addition to the summer heat, 'winter ice cream' has also become a staple in Hokkaido, meaning the passion for ice cream never cools down throughout the year. This fair is timed to coincide with the peak of this ice cream enthusiasm. We'll deliver piping hot anticipation with ice-cold deliciousness!
