The food brand <Kayanoha>, dedicated to preserving local ingredients and Japanese culinary culture, will reopen with a full renovation.

This renovation introduces a live kitchen where customers can witness cooking in real time. Each month, seasonal menus and seasoning ideas will be presented directly from the kitchen, offering deeper enjoyment of authentic Japanese flavors.
