We will be selling our signature "purecoco"—crispy cheese-flavored choux pastry coated in chocolate—as well as "purecoco Olive," which pairs perfectly with champagne and wine; "Chocolat Fruit," featuring two types of freeze-dried fruits infused with white chocolate; and our hybrid sweet, the "Brooky."
