[Yahata Neji] Eco-Friendly Products and Workability Improvement Proposals at Manufacturing World Japan (Mechanical Components & Technology Expo)

Yahata Neji will exhibit at the 38th Manufacturing World Japan, organized by RX Japan Ltd., which will be held from Wednesday, July 1 to Friday, July 3, 2026.

'Manufacturing World Japan' is an exhibition where companies offering IT, DX products, components, facilities, equipment, and measurement products from around the world exhibit to engage in active business discussions with professionals from design, development, manufacturing, production engineering, purchasing, and information system departments in the manufacturing industry both domestically and internationally. Within this event, our company will exhibit at the 'Mechanical Components & Technology Expo.' The 'Mechanical Components & Technology Expo' is an exhibition showcasing mechanical components such as motors, bearings, screws, and springs, as well as processing technologies such as cutting, surface treatment, and pressing.

The exhibition content is broadly categorized into two areas: ❶ Environmental Friendliness, and ❷ Workability Improvement and Labor Saving.

Exhibition Content

① Environmental Friendliness

(1) Re//CarbonNut An eco-friendly lead screw nut made from recycled carbon fiber. Re//CarbonNut, which utilizes carbon fiber, achieves more than twice the durability of resin nuts containing glass fiber, reducing replacement frequency and lowering costs through an extended service life (based on our in-house durability test comparison). Its high durability makes it ideal for products with long-distance drive requirements.

(2) AlooH® A new surface treatment technology that utilizes water vapor to improve the strength of aluminum alloys through age precipitation. It achieves both high corrosion resistance and high strength simultaneously in a single process. Since the film is formed uniformly, it does not become a starting point for pitting corrosion. Because only 'water' is used in AlooH®, it eliminates the need for waste liquid treatment and minimizes the emission of chemical substances, making it an earth-friendly surface treatment.

② Workability Improvement and Labor Saving

(1) Kusabi Nut® Kusabi Nut® is a revolutionary lock nut that achieves 'high holding power, high efficiency, high strength, and high reliability' at a low cost by utilizing asymmetric screw threads. The special shape of the groove root exerts a wedge effect to firmly lock the bolt, demonstrating a high anti-loosening effect. As of June 2026, cumulative adoption has exceeded 100 million units. It is a product that has received wide support.

(2) Low-Profile QuaStix® A high-performance low-profile machine screw with an extremely thin head that prevents recess (cross recess) collapse. The special arc-shaped cross recess design enables compatibility with high tightening torque despite the thin head, achieving both space-saving and work efficiency improvements. In addition, commercially available cross-recess bits can be used.

(3) Laident® An electrochemical black surface treatment (special composite coating) performed at low temperatures below 0°C. It possesses high outgassing resistance in vacuum environments, and maintains high corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and anti-reflection properties with an extremely thin film of 1 to 2 μm.

(4) Press In-Line Tapping A proprietary technology that integrates a tapping mechanism inside progressive dies to perform press processing and thread processing simultaneously within the press die. This enables significant cost reductions and lead time reductions through process integration. Furthermore, performing integrated processing within the die prevents tapping defects and processing omissions, ensuring stable high quality.

(5) Paint-Stripping Bolts Featuring a special screw thread shape that achieves both paint-stripping performance and ease of screwing. It strips paint while being screwed in, reducing retapping and masking steps, thereby improving workability. To provide stable quality, a guide with a tapered tip prevents diagonal driving, and a special spiral shape exhibits even higher anti-loosening performance.

(6) Parts EX Parts EX is an e-commerce service for purchasing screw parts and materials exclusively for manufacturing companies. It solves various procurement challenges through diverse services.
