Kakushin Inc. Launches Unprecedented "FDE-type Management Bootcamp" – Designing Integrated Value-Added Management AI-OS Blueprint in 2 Nights, 3 Days, Followed by 1-Year Implementation Support

This program is an unprecedented "FDE-type Management Bootcamp (Kakushin Model Bootcamp)" that integrates Palantir Technologies' FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) model with Kakushin's unique "Value-Oriented Management®" theory and generative AI technology. Through a 1-night, 2-day to 2-night, 3-day intensive retreat, an "Integrated Value-Added Management AI-OS Blueprint" is formulated. Subsequently, through one year of accompanying support, it is fully implemented within the company, achieving innovation from legacy management systems and a dramatic improvement in added value.

In fiscal year 2026, the program will initially be offered primarily to enterprise companies with annual sales of 10 billion JPY or more, with plans to gradually expand the target.
