The Japan Management Development Association and the Kansai Management Association have announced new dates for their special training session, 'Waterfall Meditation & Mindfulness for Executives and Top Leaders,' scheduled for June 18 (Thursday) and September 8 (Tuesday), 2026.

This one-day program combines waterfall meditation ('Takigyo') in nature, sitting meditation ('Daza') to reset mental clutter, and a special lecture by waterfall master Mineyu Ichikawa. The goal is to alleviate cognitive fatigue for executives and restore high levels of concentration and clear insight.
