(hereinafter "Torishima") has decided to implement a fifth consecutive "base pay increase (wage hike)" and "starting salary increase for new graduate employees" in fiscal year 2026, as an active investment in human capital aimed at attracting and retaining (retention) excellent talent who will lead the future.

By reviewing the allocation of bonuses, which are easily affected by business performance, and raising basic salaries, the company will provide employees with a more stable livelihood. 1. Overview of FY2026 Wage Revision

Aiming for real wage growth exceeding inflation and increased motivation, the company will implement its fifth consecutive base pay increase and regular salary increase.

・ Revision rate: Average monthly salary for union members will be raised by 7.1% (including base pay increase and regular salary increase).

2. Overview of FY2026 New Graduate Starting Salary Revision

Concurrently, starting salaries will be raised for new graduate employees joining the company in April 2026. As a result, the starting salary for university graduates will be 313,000 yen, and for graduate school graduates (master's) it will be 331,000 yen.
