Sukesan Udon Launches Seasonal Conger Eel Menu Featuring New 'Anago Tenju'

Beginning May 14, 2026, the popular udon chain Sukesan Udon will reintroduce its highly anticipated seasonal Conger Eel (Anago) menu for a limited time. This year's lineup features the brand-new 'Anago Tenju,' a luxurious box consisting of a whole conger eel, two shrimps, and various vegetables. Known as a signature early-summer dish, the conger eel is prized for its fluffy texture and rich flavor during this season. Various sets including Zaru Udon and the 'Shiawase Set' will also be available at participating locations.
