Tadahiro Nomura, Three-Time Olympic Judo Champion, Appointed Official Ambassador for "KIZUNA EXECUTIVE"
~ "I want to eliminate the loneliness of business owners" - In agreement with this philosophy, we aim to create a society where business owners support each other ~
Bansuke Co., Ltd. (CEO Ryusei Yamaguchi) is pleased to announce that on July 1, 2026, Tadahiro Nomura, who achieved the historic first-ever three consecutive Olympic gold medals in men's 60kg judo, will become the official ambassador for "KIZUNA EXECUTIVE," a media platform that verbalizes philosophies through business owners' "life stories" and visualizes trust in society.
This connection was not born by chance.
Ryusei Yamaguchi, founder of KIZUNA EXECUTIVE, and Tadahiro Nomura, both studied at the prestigious judo institution Tenri University and have continued to challenge themselves in their respective fields as seniors and juniors.
Together, they share the judo spirit of "courtesy, self-control, and a continuous challenging attitude."
This judo spirit, which embodies "getting back up no matter what difficulties are faced," is an indispensable strength not only in the world of sports but also in the endless challenge of business.
These shared values and beliefs have converged, leading to this ambassador appointment.
We were inspired by his very way of life, continuing to challenge himself even after reaching the pinnacle of the world.
Launched in November 2025, KIZUNA EXECUTIVE currently brings together approximately 300 business owners.
Although their industries and scales vary, what they have in common is their tenacity in achieving goals, their readiness to bear responsibility, and their continuous challenging attitude.
Aiming for world supremacy on the Olympic stage and continuously growing a company in the business world.
While the fields are different, their essence has many commonalities.
This is precisely why we decided to welcome Tadahiro Nomura as an ambassador, symbolizing "business owners who continue to challenge themselves."
Tadahiro Nomura's Philosophy of "Growing Together"
Tadahiro Nomura reached the pinnacle of the world by achieving the historic first-ever three consecutive Olympic gold medals in men's 60kg judo. After retiring from competition at the age of 40, he has embarked on new challenges, leveraging his experience as an athlete.
He established Nextend Inc., a management company, utilizing his experience to help athletes competing on the world stage achieve their dreams. Furthermore, at the milestone age of 50, he launched "Nom-Lab." with judo therapists and acupuncturists who supported his competitive career. He is challenging himself to create socially meaningful businesses while creating opportunities for young licensed professionals to thrive.
Through this, Tadahiro Nomura has re-realized the difference between "achieving results alone" and "growing with colleagues."
Even as an athlete, he achieved results thanks to the presence of many coaches, colleagues, and supporters. However, ultimately, he was alone on the mat, bearing the outcome of the match.
On the other hand, business cannot be sustained by one person's strength. The growth and challenges of each colleague become the strength of the organization, and the accumulation of these leads to significant achievements.
Moreover, each employee has their own life and values, and an organization cannot be driven by ideals and passion alone. Therefore, he has learned the importance of understanding others, building trust, and moving forward in the same direction.
While struggling between ideals and reality, Tadahiro Nomura says that through his daily learning as a business owner, he has come to re-recognize the importance of the spirit of "Seiryoku Zenyo, Jita Kyoei" (Maximum Efficiency, Mutual Welfare) learned through judo.
Prospering not only for oneself but also with others. Growing by recognizing and stimulating each other. This value system deeply overlaps with the philosophy of KIZUNA EXECUTIVE.
Tadahiro Nomura's Thoughts on Becoming the Official Ambassador for KIZUNA EXECUTIVE
Tadahiro Nomura, Official Ambassador for KIZUNA EXECUTIVE
Tadahiro Nomura sees great potential in KIZUNA EXECUTIVE's goal of "a community where business owners support each other and grow together."
"There are people I admire for their greatness. And I believe that those who can honestly acknowledge that greatness are also first-class."
For Tadahiro Nomura, true growth lies not only in competition but in respecting and elevating each other.
As a business owner, one tends to become lonely. Therefore, he believes there is great value in an environment where one can meet, learn from, and support peers who are also taking on challenges.
Tadahiro Nomura states:
"As an ambassador, I want to convey the importance of continuing to challenge dreams and goals, the attitude of accumulating valuable efforts while discerning the essence, and the mindset of persevering for results even in difficult situations."
Tadahiro Nomura's Vision for the Future
Tadahiro Nomura is not aiming for a community composed only of successful people.
He envisions a society where people who are challenging themselves, struggling, yet still trying to move forward, gather and grow while acknowledging each other.
The spirit of "Seiryoku Zenyo, Jita Kyoei" learned through judo.
He wants to spread this spirit not only in the world of sports but also in business and society.
Business owners not isolating themselves, but connecting through shared aspirations, learning from each other, and supporting each other.
The world that KIZUNA EXECUTIVE aims for is precisely the place for its realization, and Tadahiro Nomura himself has decided to walk together as a member of it.
Tadahiro Nomura, who still positions himself as a challenger even after achieving the feat of three consecutive Olympic victories.
His challenge is now expanding from the world of competition to "creating a society where people grow together."
