Shop Introduction PASTA MAN is a pasta specialty store that offers authentic pasta that anyone can easily enjoy, based on 'classic Italian'.

We carefully finish dishes that allow you to firmly feel the deliciousness of the ingredients despite their simplicity, mainly consisting of standard menus that are the basis of Italian cuisine, such as meat sauce, tomato sauce, and carbonara.

We select and use the appropriate pasta considering the compatibility with the sauce. We value 'emulsification', which is the basic technique of Italian cuisine, and pursue a taste that can be deliciously eaten up to the last bite by unifying the noodles and sauce.
