(Head Office: Chuo-ku, Kobe; President: Itaru Natori), the sole general importer and distributor in Japan for the long-established Italian chocolate brand "Caffarel" (founded in Turin, Italy), will hold a special Tanabata event, "Make Your Wishes to Caffarel," at Caffarel Kobe Kitano Main Store from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to Monday, July 6, 2026.

In Japan, July 7th is celebrated as "Tanabata," but it is also known globally as "World Chocolate Day," a special day to enjoy chocolate.

This event allows you to savor the charm of Caffarel's unique chocolates along with the atmosphere of Tanabata. We invite you to enjoy this once-a-year opportunity to experience the elegant time woven by "chocolate and Tanabata."

*Closed on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, as it is the regular closing day for Caffarel Kobe Kitano Main Store.

Event Details: During the event period, Tanabata decorations will be set up in the store to welcome our customers. We have prepared wish strips, so please feel free to write your wishes and hang them on the bamboo. Customers who inform the cashier that they have written a wish on a strip will receive one Gianduja chocolate as a gift.

*After Tanabata, all wish strips written by customers will be offered for burning at a shrine.

*The first 100 customers who register as LINE friends during their visit within the event period will receive a set of 3 chocolates.

*In the cafe space, customers who order the "Special Dessert Plate" during the event period will receive it with a special Tanabata-themed arrangement.

*From Friday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 5th, you can enjoy Spumante (sparkling wine) for a limited time at 850 yen (tax included) per glass.

*During the same period (Friday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 5th), you can upgrade your regular drink set to Spumante (sparkling wine) for an additional 110 yen.

*Event details are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. Please understand this in advance.

Tanabata Limited Special Dessert Plate: 1,650 yen (tax included) / Special Dessert Plate + Drink Set: 2,200 yen (tax included) *The drink in the photo can be changed to Spumante (sparkling wine) for an additional 110 yen during the limited period. *Spumante (sparkling wine) is available from Friday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 5th only. *The contents of the ice cream on the plate may differ from the photo.

Product Details: A Tanabata limited-edition dolce plate featuring a vibrant tropical mango sauce and yellow star-shaped chocolate. Please enjoy Caffarel's "Tanabata" x "World Chocolate Day" at our cafe as well.
