Award-Winning Product
iSDG Broccoli Stem Sticks with Shichimi Soy Mayo Flavor — One Star ☆
1 A perfectly balanced flavor combining spiciness, umami, and creaminess
This product features the sharp kick of shichimi spice blended with the savory depth of soy sauce, enhanced by the creamy richness of mayonnaise, creating a well-rounded and satisfying taste.
2 A health-conscious snack rich in dietary fiber and vitamin C
Each pack (45g) contains 7.7g of dietary fiber and 24.8mg of vitamin C. This makes it an ideal snack for health-focused consumers seeking an easy way to consume essential nutrients.
3 Contributing to reducing food waste
Broccoli was added as the 15th designated vegetable in 2026. Broccoli stems account for approximately 35% of the entire vegetable (※2). Discarding the stems after consuming only the florets results in wasting about one-third of the whole broccoli. By transforming these stems into snacks, this product helps reduce food waste.
※1 "Designated vegetables" are key vegetables defined by the government as essential to daily life due to their high consumption levels.
