We are a brewery founded in the Setouchi region in 1856, dedicated to sake brewing with a focus on "the taste of sake." In 2011, we launched liqueurs using Setouchi fruits, and since then, we have continuously developed various products with a focus on taste.
This product is part of the Senpuku canned chuhai series, developed with the aim of "creating an opportunity for younger generations who don't usually drink to become familiar with Setouchi sake." We thoroughly pursued a balanced taste, leveraging our experience in sake brewing, to achieve a flavor where the deliciousness of the fruit can be fully felt. This time, we combined white peach and lemon, popular Setouchi fruits, to create a new flavor that brings out their individual characteristics.

The design is themed around "Setouchi's Nature," targeting people in their 30s and tourists to the Setouchi area. It features cute and fun illustrations of marine life living in Setouchi, such as "finless porpoises" and "octopuses," as well as "black-tailed gulls."
