(Headquarters: Miyazaki Prefecture, Representative Director: Shin-kichi Kono) is proceeding with the development of "HINATA Oshima," a luxury private resort set on the vast uninhabited island floating off the coast of Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, with a target grand opening on September 1, 2026 (Tuesday).

In conjunction with this, ahead of the pre-opening starting August 1 (Saturday), we will hold an exclusive invitation-only "Advance On-Site Preview" for members of the press and travel industry on July 30, 2026 (Thursday).

This resort is an uninhabited island revitalization project undertaken by our company's chairman, an entrepreneur from the local area, with a total investment of 1.1 billion yen (700 million yen from company funds). We propose a unique luxury experience that satisfies the five senses and offers a comfortable "space for contemplation," starting with the approach across the beautiful sea by helicopter or cruiser.
