It has gained popularity as an "experiential tea book" that can also be purchased in bookstores, with a total of 28 editions sold to date. The 29th edition, "Book of Tea ・ en été," as its French subtitle "EN ÉTÉ = in summer" suggests, is a collection of various teas to be enjoyed in the summer. It includes teas with refreshing citrus scents and summer-limited teas perfect for iced tea. ■ Two types to suit your lifestyle For the first time in the 29th edition, we have prepared two types. One type allows you to enjoy 30 kinds of iced tea, with one tea bag making one glass (250ml).
