Guest rooms are designed for use by 4 to 8 people, ensuring enough space for families and groups, and all rooms are equipped with kitchens and washing machines. Themed on 1970s-80s Brooklyn, NY, it fuses the raw texture of a vintage building with the culture of Jinnan, reconstructing it into a unique, edgy space. The artwork that adorns the hotel is by street artist "Aruta Soup," who has high acclaim both domestically and internationally. Original works created for this project will infuse the space with further personality. In hotel operations, we will collaborate with "SQUEEZE Inc.," which promotes AX (AI Transformation) in the hotel and tourism industry.
