In recent years, with the rapid spread of generative AI, many small and medium-sized enterprises are embarking on AI utilization, but challenges such as "stalled PoCs with no results" and "only upfront costs progressing" have become apparent. LightUp Inc. Executive Officer (Business Management) Hiroki Sugiyama Born in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. Joined the company as a new graduate in 2010. Engaged in launching multiple new businesses. Appointed Executive Officer in 2017, and the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (now Growth) in 2018. In management support services, he has built alliance relationships with over 1,000 companies, including local governments, financial institutions, and major corporations. Currently, as the executive in charge of consulting business for SMEs and AI business, he is involved in new business development and M&A for AI training, AI agent development, and AI consulting.

Macnica Inc. Head of AI & Digital Business Development Department, Innovation Business Strategy Division

Kento Motomura Engaged in launching new businesses at Macnica since 2014. Supported over 100 DX projects, and through that experience, released the AI-related service "Re:Alize.macnica.ai" in 2020, achieving the top market share in multiple industry sectors such as manufacturing and construction in the image recognition market in ITR Market View: AI Market 2022. Currently oversees the development of 5 AI products and generative AI adoption support and training businesses.

Lib Consulting Inc. Partner, Venture Business Division Masanori Bo After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University, joined Lib Consulting. After engaging in mid-term management plan formulation and business due diligence for major corporations, he supported business development and growth for global unicorn companies, ventures, and startups.
