Mental Link, which provides harassment and mental health training for companies, has published an interview regarding the introduction of 'Harassment Training for Managers' conducted for Daiei System Co., Ltd. As Daiei System focuses on hiring young employees, they felt a gap in perception between young staff and management, as well as challenges in intergenerational communication. This training was conducted for managers not only to provide a basic understanding of harassment but also as an opportunity to review differences in perception between generations and the nature of communication within the workplace. In addition to basic knowledge about behaviors and situations that constitute harassment, the training covered daily conversations necessary for creating a workplace that does not generate harassment and the importance of psychological safety.
