Notice Regarding Strategic Business Alliance with Alfresa Corporation

Medical Tribune, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Osamu Horikawa; hereinafter "the Company") has entered into a strategic business alliance with Alfresa Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yusuke Fukujin; hereinafter "Alfresa") for the purpose of promoting medical DX and creating new services to meet the diversifying information needs of physicians and support daily clinical practice. In the medical industry, the sophistication and efficiency of information provision and the establishment of high-precision information distribution are urgent issues. Alfresa has developed a strong real-world network with medical institutions and pharmacies, as well as "Mydodes," a digital platform that connects physicians and MRs. As a pioneer in medical media, the Company possesses a membership base of approximately 300,000 people across newspapers and the web, and has deep relationships with physicians. Since November 2023, the two companies have been working on the construction and joint development of a digital platform for physicians. Recognizing that combining the strengths of both companies will enable the provision of higher value-added services and the creation of new business opportunities, we have decided to expand our areas of collaboration. Alliance details: Collaboration in the digital marketing field, joint development of digital content for medical professionals, creation of new services through mutual data utilization, and other technical collaborations.
