Makoto Food Service, operating 108 stores globally, will grand open Ramen Makotoya Yokkaichi Hinaga in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, on June 5, 2026. A pre-opening phase runs from June 2 to June 4 (10:00-24:00), open to the general public. To celebrate the opening, the store offers half-price ramen coupons to the first 5,000 customers (valid on subsequent visits) and original tissues to the first 100 customers daily from June 5 to June 9. The new restaurant features 60 seats (18 counter, 42 table) and 25 free parking spaces, and is entirely non-smoking. Its signature dish is Gyujanjan Ramen, made with a rich cow bone broth cooked for over 5 hours in pressure pots at each store, paired with 48-hour aged straight noodles.
