Our collaboration began when I shared with Chef Kyo no Akashi my past work on desserts using Saitama-produced ingredients such as 'Amarin,' 'Sayama Matcha,' and 'Kawagoe Imo.' Deeply resonating with our passion to further promote Saitama Prefecture and our philosophy toward product development, he agreed to supervise this collaboration.

Akashie's 'Exquisi' (meaning 'exquisite' in French) is a popular cheesecake frequently featured in media.

Throughout the supervision process, we constantly focused on how best to convey this deliciousness to Belc's customers, refining the recipe through repeated trials to adapt it into a casual parfait style.
