[SHIBUYA109] Art event 'Cho-Shonin Yokkyu Ten' (Super Approval Desire Exhibition) to be held. 7 up-and-coming illustrators exhibit works themed around 'Approval Desire'

Whomor Inc. will host 'Cho-Shonin Yokkyu Ten,' an original illustration exhibition and apparel/merchandise event themed around 'desire for approval,' at WALLMA, a permanent pop-up shop operated by the company at SHIBUYA109 (8F Shibuya, 2F Abeno), from May 29 (Fri) to June 7 (Sun), 2026.

'Seeking someone's 'like,' we reshape ourselves a little more every day. The self-display desire that cannot be hidden and the honesty of wanting to be loved are earnest emotions that just exist there.'

This exhibition focuses on the 'desire for approval,' a familiar emotion for modern youth. Seven up-and-coming illustrators, each with their own unique world view, capture and depict our inner desires from their respective perspectives.

At the venue, in addition to showcasing illustration works, authentic apparel and various original merchandise allowing fans to enjoy the exhibition's world view in daily life will be available for purchase.

■ Event Highlights

- 'Authentic Apparel' as self-expression
We are launching oversized T-shirts (7 designs in total) that incorporate the exhibition's world view. Additionally, a drawstring bag featuring embroidered exhibition logos will be available.

- '2.5D Art' adding tactile sensation to digital media
In collaboration with Eiko Co., Ltd., we have adopted '2.5D printing,' which adds physical depth to digital illustrations.
