<About "Irodori no Mori"> "Irodori no Mori" is a rental housing complex regeneration model project based on a public-private partnership at the former Higashi-Ayase Housing Complex, originally built in 1964 by the Urban Renaissance Agency (UR). By having residents actively participate in their living environment through DIY and events, we aimed to achieve a more fulfilling life. Through this process, we sought to realize a lifestyle where residents help each other and increase their engagement with the local community.
