Bambitious Nara Announces Implementation of 'JP Smile Project' for 2026-27 Season

Thank you for your continued passionate support of Bambitious Nara.

Following the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons, Bambitious Nara is pleased to announce the continuation of the 'JP Smile Project' for the current season.

This project is driven by player Junpei Honda, who aims to share the joy of sports and basketball with children in Nara Prefecture who are striving toward their dreams, and to deliver a bright future (a smile) to these young participants.

This season, in addition to the existing 'Visitation School' program, we will also launch a 'Skill-Up Clinic' focused on dribbling and shooting for interested participants.

Starting today, we are accepting applications from teams wishing to participate in the 'Visitation School,' where Junpei Honda will visit your team. Teams interested in hosting the visit are requested to review the application guidelines and submit their application via the online form. We look forward to your participation.

Details and the application form for the 'Skill-Up Clinic' will be announced at a later date.

【Player Junpei Honda's Message for the Project】

Junpei Honda

This marks the third season of the JP Smile Project. So far, my motivation has been to create opportunities that could positively change children's futures, even in small ways. This season, I aim to further enhance the project with that same spirit. In addition to our regular visitation schools, I would like to host skill-specific clinics, such as those focused on shooting. For the smiles and futures of these children, I will continue striving not only as a player but also through this project.

During the 2025-26 season, we visited 8 teams.

Visitation School Application Overview

◆ Period of Implementation Must be conducted by June 30, 2027 ※ Specific dates and times will be coordinated by our staff after selection. ◆ Eligibility Basketball teams in Nara Prefecture consisting of elementary to high school students ※ Teams that have participated previously are also welcome to reapply. ◆ Cost Free of charge ※ Participants must arrange their own sports insurance. ◆ Venue To be arranged and secured by the applying team. ◆ Duration We will visit for approximately 90 to 120 minutes during your practice session.

Application Process

1. Submit application via online form 2. Selected teams will be contacted by our club representative 3. Schedule coordination 4. Discussion of team preferences and training content 5. Conduct visitation school (on the day) 6. Invitation to a Bambitious Nara home game

・ Photos and videos may be published on our official website and social media platforms. ・ Each team will receive one visit during the program period. ・ The visitation program is limited to teams within Nara Prefecture. ・ Participating teams will be selected through public application and lottery.
