HEARTS Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Hirohito Yamamoto), a company specializing in the rental, sales, and operation of audiovisual equipment, as well as the planning, production, and management of various events, will host the visual festival 'HEARTS EXPO 2026' for two days from Thursday, August 6, 2026, to Friday, August 7, 2026, at Ota City Industry Plaza PiO.

As part of the event, we are now accepting video submissions for the main immersive theater exhibit. The best work will receive a prize of 500,000 JPY.

A Festival Where Technology and Expression Intersect

'HEARTS EXPO 2026' is an experiential visual festival hosted by HEARTS Inc., fusing the latest visual technologies with original content expression.

This festival goes beyond mere exhibitions, aiming to showcase the 'staging' made possible by equipment and technology, and the 'expression' enabled through their application.

For the 2026 event, we aim to strengthen collaboration with external creators and promote industry-wide activation by opening the festival's main stage as a platform for creative expression and launching a public call for video submissions.

Theme: 'COOL'

Cool, relaxed, or slightly quirky—anything goes. Freely express your version of 'COOL'.

Unconventional visual expressions that challenge common sense are highly welcome!

Walls: 60m wide × 7m high (20m × 7m × 3 walls, U-shaped)

Floor: 20m × 20m

※ Total area: 820㎡

※ The floor area may also serve as a viewing zone

Immersive Category

HEARTS Award (Grand Prize): 1 work, 500,000 JPY

Audience Award: 1 work, 200,000 JPY

Submissions for the Immersive Category may also be made without utilizing the floor area (20m × 7m × 3 walls).

Wide Category (Single Wall)

SOUZOU Award (Grand Prize): 1 work, 300,000 JPY

Audience Award: 1 work, 100,000 JPY

The HEARTS Award and SOUZOU Award will be judged by HEARTS Inc., while the Audience Award will be determined by visitors to HEARTS EXPO 2026.
