To meet the diverse values of modern couples and their sophisticated need to "express gratitude to cherished guests with truly delicious cuisine," we will be completely renewing our wedding menu starting tomorrow, July 1, 2026 (Wed). Under the supervision of our new Executive Chef Hiroyuki Koide, who returned this year after extensive training at our Paris flagship, we have fused the traditional techniques of classic French cuisine (Héritage) cultivated over 40 years with contemporary, refined sensibilities (Évolution). We will deliver a supreme lineup that will be etched in the memories of all guests, including "Trésor," with the wishes of the bride and groom entrusted to each dish.

"Trésor (Treasure)"

Trésor

"Trésor," meaning "treasure" in French. This course, themed "Lifelong Bonds and Irreplaceable Gratitude," celebrates all the people encountered and memories woven throughout one's life as the greatest treasures, and conveys heartfelt gratitude to cherished guests. Featuring a fish dish of sea bass, auspicious as a symbol of success, prepared with colorful herb breadcrumbs, and a juicy roasted beef fillet, this course is crafted with the wish that it becomes a "timeless treasure box of memories" loved by guests of all ages.

Sublime

"Sublime," meaning "supreme" in French. This supreme course, themed "Refined Beauty and Eternal Vows," expresses "adult dignity and true love" that deeply respects and honors each other, not just with splendor. The "Eight Delicacies Palette," signifying auspicious prosperity, is packed with diverse ingredients such as clams and sea bream, symbols of marital harmony. The main dish is a tender "Domestic Beef Fillet Steak," embodying the desire to deliver a sophisticated atmosphere and eternal beauty to guests.

"Sublime"

"Félicité (Felicity)"

Félicité

"Félicité," meaning "happiness" in French. This course is themed "A Space of Supreme Happiness Overflowing with Smiles." Starting with an appetizer of tuna and sea bream arranged in a checkerboard pattern (damier), symbolizing eternal prosperity, followed by sole meunière, a classic wedding dish. The "Domestic Beef Fillet Flambé Performance" will then add splendor to the venue, delivering an immersive hospitality experience that envelops all guests.

Royal

"Royal," meaning "kingly" or "classic" in French. This course, themed "Regal Hospitality," welcomes the couple's new beginning with ultimate hospitality. Featuring exquisite appetizers of caviar and sea bream, a feast of abalone and lobster, symbols of longevity, and a main dish of the finest "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Fillet" finished with a supreme black truffle sauce. This is Hotel New Otani Osaka's proudest, highest-tier course, imbued with the strong conviction to welcome guests with moving hospitality, expressing gratitude to parents who raised them and pride in building a new family.

"Royal"

Exquisite dishes blending Japanese tradition and Chinese luxury. Japanese and Chinese Wedding Menus to offer hospitality to all generations.

In addition to the splendor of French cuisine, savor the essence of Hotel New Otani Osaka's "Japanese Cuisine" and "Chinese Cuisine," which have captivated VIPs both domestically and internationally, with three distinct courses. The lightness that can be enjoyed with chopsticks and the luxurious flavors suitable for celebrations will deliver deep emotion to a wide range of guests, including relatives.

Japanese Cuisine "Ougi"

"Ougi" (Fan), Japanese cuisine imbued with the thought of it being an auspicious item that brings increasing fortune. This modern Japanese course is named "Ougi," meaning "fan," which signifies "spreading prosperity." Each dish expresses the wish for the couple's future to unfold richly and the blessings for the guests. It is a splendid course suitable for celebrations, where the hotel's dignity shines through in its approachable style.

Japanese Cuisine "Nishiki"

"Nishiki" (Brocade), meaning beautiful weaving or colorful scenery. The connections with important people that the bride and groom have encountered and woven throughout their lives have been sublimated into beautiful cuisine to be enjoyed with all five senses. You can enjoy a luxurious marriage of breathtaking visual beauty and carefully selected ingredients.

Chinese Cuisine "Zui"

"Zui," meaning purity or auspicious sign. This authentic Chinese course envelops the start of the couple's new life with the freshest and purest emotions. Each dish, lavishly using luxurious ingredients and finished dynamically with the delicate skills of artisans, is a supreme delicacy to entertain even the most discerning guests.

Overseen by Executive Chef Hiroyuki Koide, who has returned to Osaka to mark the hotel's 40th anniversary.

Hotel New Otani Osaka Executive Chef Hiroyuki Koide

Joined Hotel New Otani in 1996. After working in Michelin-starred restaurants, he was assigned to "Tour d'Argent Tokyo" in 2005. The following year, in 2006, he won the Grand Prix at the "17th Toque d'Or National Competition" hosted by the All Japan Chefs Association. In 2008, he was dispatched to "Tour d'Argent Paris" to deeply master authentic French cuisine. Upon returning to Japan, he served as head chef at major restaurants such as Hotel New Otani Osaka's French restaurant "SAKURA" and Tokyo's "SATSUKI." In 2022, he was appointed Executive Chef of Hotel New Otani Makuhari, where he introduced numerous innovative menus. In 2026, he returned to Hotel New Otani Osaka, a place of fond memories from his time as head chef of "SAKURA," as Executive Chef.

We will be holding a special bridal fair, "Wedding Preview," on August 2, 2026 (Sun), where you can experience everything Hotel New Otani Osaka has to offer in weddings in one day. In addition to showcasing all seven new French, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine lineups, we will have a tasting session where you can sample some of the new menu items. Please experience firsthand all of Hotel New Otani's "lifelong culinary memories" with the latest venue coordination tailored to the world of each course. Furthermore, in our mock wedding ceremony and reception featuring bride and groom models, you can realistically experience a moving scene enveloped in light and sound from a guest's perspective.
