Since opening its Niiza store in Saitama Prefecture in 1972, it has operated 10 stores in Saitama Prefecture and celebrates its 54th anniversary this year.
We use only domestically produced Japanese eel species, prepare them after receiving orders, grill them fragrantly over rare Kishu Binchotan charcoal, and continue to offer freshly prepared dishes.
We are particular about preparing the eels fresh, and after an order is placed, we show the eel that will be prepared before cooking it.
