This year's theme is 'Aquam Lagoon.' We will offer a refreshing and fantastical sweets buffet that feels like visiting a waterside paradise.

'Aquam Lagoon' Adorned with Cool Fruits and Tropical Sweets The buffet table will feature sweets made with seasonal summer fruits such as melon, mango, white peach, and citrus. The refreshing aroma and juicy flavors will create a special time, as if visiting a waterfront resort. The lineup includes the popular 'Super Melon Shortcake' representing Hotel New Otani, along with 'Peach Tart,' 'Pineapple Lime Tart,' and 'Mango Chocolate Mousse,' all packed with summer flavors. Furthermore, we will offer a rich selection of refreshing sweets such as 'Coconut Lime Mousse,' 'Lemon Yogurt Mousse,' and 'Summer Orange Jelly.'

Special Dessert Time with Live Performance The live performance menu, where the chef finishes the dish right in front of you, features 'Far Breton with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramelized Banana.' Welcome Sweets: 'New Extra Super Mango Shortcake'! *Served in mini size on the day. The welcome sweets will feature the 'New Extra Super Mango Shortcake (mini size)' from the 'Extra Super Series,' the ultimate version of shortcake.
