The new 'Fragrant Fruit Mixed Berry Frappe' (2,300 yen, tax & service incl.) is supervised by Chef Nakajima of Hotel New Otani (Tokyo), using whole fragrant fruit granola, mixed berries, berry vinegar drink, almond milk, yogurt ice cream, and condensed milk. The popular long-seller 'Hoshi no Rikyu' (1,897 yen, tax & service incl.) features matcha syrup made from select tea leaves of Yame Hoshino Village in Fukuoka, combined with milk soft-serve ice cream, red bean paste, condensed milk, and white jade dango (shiratama).
