Dot Found Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Kokuya Tanaka) will launch a free practical workshop on Google's AI tools at Connected Studio i/HUB, a regional innovation hub operated by the company. The first session will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 13:00. Supported by Fujinomiya City, this workshop aims to provide local businesses, startups, aspiring entrepreneurs, and those engaged in regional revitalization with foundational knowledge and practical skills in generative AI. As a unique initiative of the Fujinomiya venue, Wataru Kojima and Koda Oda—former interns of the Fujinomiya City Community Revitalization Corps and active student entrepreneurs—will serve as on-site supporters. [Background] Bridging the AI Divide: Growing the Number of 'AI-Enabled People' from Fujinomiya
While the use of generative AI is rapidly expanding, AI adoption and utilization are primarily progressing in urban areas and large corporations. In regional cities and among SMEs, AI use remains insufficient. Regional cities face increasingly complex challenges such as population decline, labor shortages, business succession, and new venture creation. AI can be a powerful tool not only for improving operational efficiency but also for fostering new business development, talent cultivation, and transforming workstyles.
At the same time, voices from local communities include:
"I'm interested in AI, but I don't know where to start learning."
"I can't imagine how to apply AI to my work."
"I feel anxious about taking online courses alone."
Dot Found Co., Ltd. believes that to expand AI utilization in regional areas, it is not enough to merely provide learning content. What is needed is an accessible environment where people can consult locally and learn together with their community. Therefore, the company has designated Connected Studio i/HUB—located within walking distance from Fujinomiya Station—as the 'AI BLOOM JAPAN Fujinomiya Venue,' offering a hybrid learning opportunity that combines online lectures with in-person support from local supporters.
Transforming AI from "a technology for a few experts" to "a tool for everyone in the community."
About AI BLOOM JAPAN
AI BLOOM JAPAN is an AI talent development project launched with support from an international foundation. It aims to create an environment where anyone can freely learn and use AI, promoting AI adoption in regional cities and among SMEs.
This program covers Google's AI tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM, teaching from basic operations to practical applications including text generation, information organization, idea creation, business utilization, and safe usage practices, all through hands-on exercises.
No specialized AI knowledge or advanced IT skills are required. The content is designed so that even first-time AI users can learn from the basics with confidence. Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to apply AI in daily life and work through keynote seminars, self-paced learning, and completion missions. The project is actively collaborating with municipalities and local communities across Japan to cultivate AI talent and build co-creation communities.

~Local Young Talent Supporting Learners' Journeys~
At the Fujinomiya venue, Wataru Kojima and Koda Oda—former Fujinomiya City Community Revitalization Corps interns and currently active as student entrepreneurs—will serve as supporters. Both individuals have been involved in various fields such as IT, AI, DX, design, education, and regional revitalization through their local activities in Fujinomiya City. On the day of the workshop, they will provide follow-up support when participants encounter difficulties and assist with exercises. By combining online expert lectures with on-site access to familiar supporters, the venue reduces anxiety about falling behind during the session and supports each individual's learning journey.
The goal is not only to teach AI but also to connect young local changemakers with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and citizens, transforming learning into co-creation.

Comment from Dot Found Co., Ltd.
"While opportunities to learn AI are increasing, many people in regional areas still say, 'I don't know where to start' or 'I can't continue learning alone.' What we want to create is not a one-off seminar. We aim to build an environment within the community where people can learn about AI, consult, experiment, and apply it to their work and daily lives.
We will evolve Connected Studio i/HUB from a mere workspace into a 'local hub for learning and co-creation' that expands future options for every individual.
AI is not just for urban areas. It holds great potential for local businesses and communities. Together with Fujinomiya City, young local changemakers, and local enterprises, we will increase the number of 'AI-enabled people' starting from Fujinomiya."
