Announcement of the Commencement of the Flat 35 (Kaitori-gata) Mortgage Refinancing Campaign

Docomo Finance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasushi Okada; hereinafter referred to as 'Docomo Finance') is pleased to announce the launch of the Flat 35 (Kaitori-gata) Mortgage Refinancing Campaign as described below.

During this campaign, customers who apply for a mortgage refinancing to Docomo Finance's Flat 35 (Kaitori-gata) and complete the funding within the campaign period will be eligible for a reduction in loan processing fees and will receive 'Point @ Gift (d-points).'

At Docomo Finance, in addition to providing speedy screening results, we offer customers the flexibility to choose their preferred account for automatic withdrawals. Furthermore, we have established a support system that consistently assists customers from application through to the execution of the loan.

We encourage customers currently considering refinancing their mortgage to take advantage of this special campaign opportunity.

### Campaign Overview

#### 1. Period
Customers who meet both conditions (1) and (2) are eligible:
(1) Mortgage Application: April 27, 2026 – July 31, 2026
(2) Mortgage Funding Execution: April 27, 2026 – September 30, 2026

#### 2. Eligible Customers
Customers who meet both conditions (1) and (2) are eligible:
(1) Those who applied for a refinancing of their mortgage to Docomo Finance's Flat 35 (Kaitori-gata) via the WEB and had the loan executed during the campaign period.
(2) Those with a loan execution amount of 10 million yen or more.
*Refinancing to other mortgage products provided by Docomo Finance, such as Flat 35 (Hoshou-gata), is not eligible for this campaign.

#### 3. Benefit Details
During the campaign period, the following (1) Reduction of loan processing fees and (2) Provision of Point @ Gift (d-points) will be implemented.
(1) Point @ Gift (d-points): 30,000 points
(2) Loan Processing Fee: 0.88% of the loan amount (including tax)
* 'Point @ Gift' is an electronic money gift service issued by NTT Card Solution Co., Ltd.
* Outside of this campaign period, the loan processing fee is 2.20% (including tax) of the loan execution amount.

#### 4. Important Notes
In addition to the loan processing fee, other miscellaneous costs are required for mortgage refinancing. Depending on the interest rate conditions and repayment period after refinancing, the total repayment amount may increase compared to before the refinancing. The contents of this campaign are subject to change, extension, or cancellation without notice.
