Digital Gorilla Inc. (Headquarters: Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Representative Director: Shuhei Kikuchi) will participate as a partner in the "FY2026 Industrial Digital Core Human Resource Development Project" commissioned by Miyagi Prefecture and undertaken by Wasshoi Lab Inc. (Headquarters: Marumori Town, Iku District, Miyagi Prefecture, Representative Director: Ryota Saito).

In this project, in collaboration with Wasshoi Lab, we will plan and operate a hands-on program for management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the prefecture, focusing on linking DX, AX, and AI to management decision-making.

Amidst declining birthrates and an aging population, it is crucial for regional companies to advance digital utilization in terms of both productivity improvement and new value creation to achieve sustainable growth. On the other hand, a common challenge in promoting DX in SMEs is the lack of clarity regarding its objectives and expected effects, leading to difficulties in making concrete decisions and taking action.

This project aims to enable management to directly engage with digital technologies such as AI, organize their company's challenges and future vision based on this knowledge, and draw up a DX vision and the next steps.

The program is named "Miyagi AI Management Future Academy." This is a practical program for management that leverages DX, AX, and AI in management decision-making, and it will be a six-month period for participants to envision, test, and communicate the future of their management alongside 10 other companies.

The program will target approximately 10 companies, proceeding in stages from organizing challenges, practical learning of AI utilization, DX vision formation, to the design and implementation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and finally a presentation of results and future action plans.

It goes beyond mere lectures, providing consistent support from the stage where managers themselves test and make decisions to the stage where they communicate these within their companies.

Digital Gorilla will be responsible for training design, AI utilization support, DX vision formation, and PoC support, leveraging its specialized knowledge and implementation experience in AI and DX. Wasshoi Lab will be responsible for the overall planning and operation of the project and providing support to participating companies, utilizing its network with local governments, economic organizations, and managers in Miyagi Prefecture, as well as its experience in regional revitalization, management support, and regional human resource development.

By combining understanding of regional companies with practical AI/DX capabilities, we will provide a program that enables management to proactively consider their company's future and translate it into concrete actions.
