During the hot summer months when appetite tends to decline, the buffet offers an all-you-can-eat selection of appetizing meat dishes and fresh summer vegetables. Monthly rotating main dishes include 'BBQ-Style Chicken Wings' with a spicy aroma and 'Confit Pork Belly à la Diavolo with Tarragon-Scented Onion Sauce,' carved in front of guests. At the live cooking station, chefs prepare original dishes such as 'Ortolana with Summer Vegetables and Pancetta' and 'Spicy Chorizo and Summer Vegetables Peperoncino,' along with Vischio-style pinza (a Roman flatbread) and pasta dishes featuring vibrant seasonal produce.

Obon Period Limited-Time Menu

From Saturday, August 8, to Sunday, August 16, an experiential menu will be available for guests of all ages, including 'Italian Hand-Rolled Sushi' and 'Brioche Burgers.' Guests can freely customize their dishes with preferred toppings to create their own unique combinations.
