Inspired by the classic French dessert 'Peach Melba,' created by culinary legend Auguste Escoffier, this dish highlights the natural charm of peaches in an elegant presentation.

A smooth custard cream is hidden inside the poached white peach, with a layer of fromage blanc cream at the base, creating a rich yet refreshing flavor. Peach-flavored jelly is scattered around, adding a wobbly texture and sparkling visual appeal.

Staff will freshly shave peach-scented ice right before guests' eyes. The lightness of the freshly shaved ice pairs perfectly with the juicy texture of the white peach.
