Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate (Location: 2-37 Matsubara-cho, Minami-ku, Hiroshima; General Manager: Daisuke Hashitsu) will begin offering a new summer menu at its 7th-floor restaurant, 'UmiShima Dining,' starting Monday, June 1, 2026. Furthermore, as of Friday, May 1, 2026, the hotel has renewed part of its exclusive services for guests staying on the high-floor 'Concept Floor' (20th and 21st floors), introducing a new 'Night Cap' service.

'UmiShima Dining,' an all-day dining venue, features creative cuisine by Executive Chef Hiroki Murao, themed around the bounty of the Seto Inland Sea. Since its opening on March 24, the restaurant has welcomed over 160,000 guests. The restaurant's commitment to high-quality cuisine and heartfelt hospitality has earned it high praise from many patrons.

For the summer season, 'UmiShima Dining' is introducing a new menu utilizing seasonal ingredients. The lunch buffet has been completely revamped with 20 new items, including seasonal dishes, creations by young chefs, sweets, and hotel-made bread. For dinner, seven creative à la carte dishes designed to pair well with wine have been refreshed. For breakfast, in addition to the popular 'Seafood Marche,' a new style has been introduced where guests can choose their own seafood to be grilled on an iron plate by a chef right in front of them.

Additionally, the 'Night Cap' service, launched on May 1, allows guests on the Concept Floor to enjoy a relaxing moment before bed with their choice of drinks.
