At "Dish Parade," known for the bright windows facing Hiroshima Station, a "Traveling Buffet" fair is held throughout the year, allowing guests to savor dishes from around the world. Following the popular "Italy & Spain" fair in March and April, the stage will expand globally after Golden Week, starting May 7 (Thursday), with the "Traveling Buffet World Gourmet Tour" for lunch and dinner.

A diverse array of dishes from 19 countries across 5 continents will be gathered, including Italian Amatriciana, Thai Yum Woon Sen, and Indian Tandoori Chicken, adorning the tables with popular menus from each country. A highlight for both lunch and dinner is the teppanyaki beef steak, enjoyed with three types of homemade sauces: a rich and mellow Hollandaise sauce, a refreshing chimichurri sauce with herbs and garlic, and a Japanese citrus sauce where the acidity of citrus enhances the umami. Guests can compare the chef's carefully crafted flavors and enjoy a pleasant time discussing their favorites with family and friends. The menu also includes family-friendly options such as Hawaiian pizza and fish & chips.

For lunchtime, "Roast Beef with Molho Vinagrete Sauce," inspired by Brazil's famous churrasco, will be available. The "Freshly Squeezed Matcha Mont Blanc," with its final touches made upon order, is also a must-try early summer dessert available only during lunchtime.
