Corporate Directions, Inc. (CDI) Reports Cooperation with Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Large-Scale Growth Investment Subsidy for Labor-Saving and Other Initiatives to Promote Wage Increases for Mid-Sized and Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises" Project (3rd and 4th Public Offerings)

Corporate Directions, Inc. (CDI) is pleased to announce that its consultants cooperated as reviewers in the 3rd and 4th public offerings of the "Large-Scale Growth Investment Subsidy for Labor-Saving and Other Initiatives to Promote Wage Increases for Mid-Sized and Small- and Medium-Sized Enterprises" project, implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in fiscal year 2025. We are reporting that our significant contribution to the review process was highly evaluated and we received an award from the Ministry. Notably, CDI has continuously participated in this public offering project since its initial offering in fiscal year 2024, making this our second consecutive award from the year before last.

This project is a major initiative focused on mid-sized and small- and medium-sized enterprises, which are important players in regional economies, and strongly supports their investments aimed at growth and wage increases.

Since its establishment, CDI has supported numerous mid-sized companies and, prior to this project, published a white paper summarizing the actual conditions of listed mid-sized companies, continuously engaging in this field. CDI concurs with the objectives of this project and has contributed to its review by leveraging its long-standing expertise.
