This project, which will feature two towers with up to 30 floors, is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027, building upon the success of its first high-rise residential project, 'TT Avio,' developed by a local JV in 2024.
The local JV, established in 2023 with Daiwa House Group's Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. and Vietnamese real estate developer TT Capital Investment JSC, will see a new participant: Hinokiya Group Co., Ltd., which provides comfortable, environmentally conscious housing through its unique advanced technologies. By leveraging the strengths and expertise of each company in housing development, we aim to further improve Vietnam's living environment.

Vietnam is experiencing rapid urbanization and rising incomes. While demand for housing for the middle class is increasing year by year, most housing supplied by local developers targets the wealthy, leading to a shortage of homes that meet actual needs.
'TT Avio,' developed against this social backdrop, achieved affordable prices through in-house process management and controlled borrowing costs. Furthermore, by incorporating design innovations and maximizing space utilization to enhance amenities, it met the diverse needs of young families dreaming of homeownership, achieving a successful sell-out within just one year of its sales launch in 2024.
Nha Be District, the location for this second project, is a verdant area close to the center of Ho Chi Minh City. It is slated for promotion from a district to a ward through administrative reorganization, and future development of urban infrastructure such as major arterial roads and railway networks is anticipated, drawing significant attention. The project is planned to offer approximately 1,400 apartment units on a site of about 1.9 hectares, aiming to become a core residential area for a future bedroom community.
