O3 HOTEL+, the Fourth Facility of the Art-Themed 'HOTEL+' Group, to Open in Kyobashi, Osaka, on June 1, 2026

Great Stay Inc. (Osaka) announced that it will open 'O3 HOTEL+', the fourth location of its art-themed private house rental brand 'HOTEL+', on June 1, 2026. The facility utilizes idle real estate owned by Yukari Co., Ltd. and offers private accommodation for up to four guests. Concept planning and management are provided by Great Stay Inc., with construction by Irie Home Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Naoya Takahashi).

A key feature of the facility is the private space on the first floor supervised by 'Okonomiyaki Yukari', where guests can cook their own okonomiyaki. The interior also incorporates local Osaka elements, such as art themed around okonomiyaki and a bathtub made of Shigaraki ware.

The 'HOTEL+' brand aims to incorporate creativity into daily life by placing art in living spaces. O3 HOTEL+ features murals by artist Azuru and permanent installations of metalwork by sculptor MADARA MANJI, who is known for using the traditional mokume-gane technique and works like the steel cube 'ALIVE'.

Great Stay and Yukari aim to incorporate the spirit of Osaka merchants and their traditional hospitality into modern private lodging to foster connections with the local community. Taira Maeda, President of Great Stay, stated, 'We want to provide new lodging value where guests can share spaces and culture, not just eat.' Yukari President Masakazu Yamashita added, 'Realizing an authentic okonomiyaki cultural experience is a dream come true, and I hope many guests enjoy it.'
